Please include your device model, iOS version, Photo Cleaner version, and a short description of what happened. Do not email private photos or videos unless you choose to include them for support.
Photo library access
If Photo Cleaner cannot see your full library, check iOS Settings and confirm whether the app has full or limited Photos access.
Cleanup review
Photo Cleaner shows review screens before cleanup. Selected items are moved only after you confirm the action in the app.
iCloud photos
If a photo or video is stored in iCloud, Apple Photos may need to download it before Photo Cleaner can show, review, or optimize it.
